Once you are happy to proceed, we will complete an application form and send this off to the lender. We will also send off the supporting documents for your application to be assessed.
We will liaise with the estate agent, solicitor, valuer, mortgage lender, accountant and employer in making sure that process goes smoothly. This is all done while you carry on with your work activities or looking after your loved ones.
Updates will be send out via email, text messages and phone calls. You will also recieve a report at the end based on the advice and recommendations we have made.
